- Identify training needs through competency assessments and business requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and technical training programs.
- Manage the performance management process, including KPI implementation and performance reviews.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with department leaders to strengthen employee capability and organizational performance.
- Maintain training records, competency matrices, and development reports.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning aligned with the company’s core values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of competency development, training management, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience in developing competency frameworks, training roadmaps, or career development programs is an advantage.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, organized, and passionate about developing people.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
