  • Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Identify training needs through competency assessments and business requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and technical training programs.
  • Manage the performance management process, including KPI implementation and performance reviews.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to strengthen employee capability and organizational performance.
  • Maintain training records, competency matrices, and development reports.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning aligned with the company’s core values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of competency development, training management, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience in developing competency frameworks, training roadmaps, or career development programs is an advantage.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and passionate about developing people.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
