- Partner with the Leadership Team to shape and deliver the HR strategy, ensuring effective execution of policies and initiatives to support the business. This role oversees both HQ and plant operations, driving a cohesive, high-impact people agenda.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Contribute to business strategy development and execution to drive sustainable and profitable outcomes, positioning HR as a core strategic partner.
- Support delivery of key Annual Operating Plan metrics (e.g., volume, revenue, market share, profitability, cash flow, organization health, productivity, HSE) through aligned and impactful HR interventions.
- Design and implement integrated people strategies to enable business growth, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement.
- Lead employee relations strategies and programs to ensure business continuity and a stable operating environment.
Change Leadership
- Act as a change leader, supporting the design and execution of transformation initiatives (including greenfield and brownfield projects) by leveraging relevant best practices.
Culture & Organization Effectiveness
- Foster a values-based, inclusive, and high-performance culture that promotes innovation, engagement, and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless business operations.
- Strengthen community engagement through CSR initiatives in close partnership with Corporate Affairs.
Employer Branding
- Represent PepsiCo externally on HR-related forums and enhance employer brand positioning by effectively communicating organizational strengths aligned with the PepsiCo Employer Brand.
HR Excellence & Capability Building
- Develop and lead a high-performing HR team, ensuring readiness to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and people management
- Broad expertise across HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, L&D, compensation & benefits, employee relations)
- Proven experience in leading strategic projects and driving business transformation
- Strong business acumen with cross-functional understanding
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- High integrity with the ability to role model PepsiCo Values and leadership behaviors
